There are lots of fun events for the February Half Term in Birmingham and the Black Country.

Schools in Birmingham break on Friday 18 February and return on Monday 28 February 2022.

Fredo’s Circus is entering town at Cadbury World’s half term in February and is the run-up to it.

Half Price Drayton Manor Tickets

Drayton Manor is opening doors to its Thomas Land attraction and a selection of other rides for families to enjoy more than halfway through – Saturday February 18 through Sunday February 26.

In addition, visitors can save up to 50 percent on their tickets by pre-booking online. Tickets cost only £15 for those aged 12-59, £10 for those aged 4-11 and 60+, £5 for those aged 2-3 and children under two is free of charge, plus there is no booking fee or car parking fee. ,

Check out soft play areas and live shows, soft rides and mini roller coasters for young adrenaline junkies! Climb aboard the Bertie Bus, whirl around the Troublesome Trucks roller coaster, take one of Sodor’s classic cars for a spin, or sail the ocean on Captain Sea Adventure.

Eye Spy Trail at Bodenham Arboretum

Bodenham Arboretum often hosts trails during the school holidays and the February half term is no exception.

This time kids are encouraged to bring their ‘spy-glasses and creative minds’ for an ‘I Spy’ trail! The items will be ‘hidden’ items around the farm and plantation to find them, but this time there is no clue.

“We will only say that expect the unexpected and much more joy!” said a spokesperson on the website.

Panto at Hatton Adventure World

This February Half Term, Hatton Adventure World is introducing Hatton Panto!

Families can laugh and join Jack and the Beanstalk as the fearless Jack encounters a giant. There are also all the usual Hatton activities like superslides, guinea pig villages, farmyards, reptile houses, trampoline beds, assault courses, and more.

Pirate Adventures at Alton Towers

The ‘Notorious Pirates of Mutney Bay’ are occupying the resort for half of February and families are invited to book a short break for plenty of adventure.

From February 18 to 27, pirates who book an overnight stay will be able to enjoy plenty of sea chanties in adventure, day and evening entertainment, trips to Sharkbait Reef by SEA LIFE, access to Mutiny Bay, golf and access to the waterpark Will be able

Adventure theme park reopens at West Midland Safari Park

The adventure theme park reopened on Saturday 19 February at West Midland Safari Park, making for a lot of half term fun.

See black flies, Zambezi water splashes, hurtling hippos, pirate ships and more, as well as the Safari Drive and Discovery Trail open.
