A 16-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of killing Afghan refugee Hazrat Wali. Tokenham.
Mr Willie, 18, was injured in a fight on the footbridge before falling on a busy playground near his college. Tokenham on Tuesday.
A PE teacher who was under the care of a nearby CPR but the teenager succumbed to his injuries at the hospital.
Hazrat, in which he lived. Notting Hill, Was a student at Thomas College in Richmond and came to the UK two years ago in search of a better life.
Detectives are studying CCTV footage from the area, while divers are searching for a canal under the foot bridge.
A Metropolitan Police spokesman said Thursday: “Officers investigating the murder of Hazrat Wali in Tokenham have arrested a 16-year-old boy.
He is being held at the South London Police Station after being arrested on suspicion of murder.
Mr Wali’s family has the help of specially trained officers, police said.
An autopsy is scheduled for Friday, October 15 at Kingston Mortuary.
